The new GATE (Global Access Telekom Environment) solution provides a holistic view of the voice trading business and supports ICSS in the efficient management of port orders, contracts, carriers, resources and service data: It enables effective data validation, speeds up the order processing of voice trading operations, eases the tracking of activities and supports standardized trading workflows. Each feature provides the knowledge and control needed to improve and optimize activities across the complex trading business processes. Based on a flexible business process configuration model, the solution easily adapts to changing business needs.
"The requirements in the IT sector are becoming more and more complex. We are happy that, with GATE, we have been able to develop a solution for Deutsche Telekom ICSS that helps it control costs, increase service availability, and streamline the business processes. This is a clear competitive edge on the market!" Michael Wallrath, Managing Director of Ascom Germany says.
"For us, the customer is key," Helmut Angst says. "GATE relieves the burden of our daily processes in the voice trading business in such a way that we have even more time to concentrate on the needs and desires of our customers."
