The business relationship.

What the customer needed..
3 Italia was thinking about outsourcing and looking for an exclusive provider for international voice termination. In several call-for-tender rounds, 3 Italia tried to find the partner that best fit the company’s needs. The requirements were high: the partner should be absolutely reliable and the solution should significantly reduce costs while increasing quality and freeing up the company to better concentrate on its core business.
The solution.
In May, the decision was made and 3 Italia and ICSS signed the major voice outsourcing agreement. ICSS will terminate all of 3 Italia’s international voice traffic. Due to the excellent cooperation with the Deutsche Telekom Group, 3 Italia will also be able to take advantage of additional improvements in efficiency in the roaming business.
The benefits.
3 Italia profits from the extensive experience of ICSS in the outsourcing business while obtaining a customized solution at very competitive rates with high service quality. The special customer treatment with dedicated commercial and technical service management and local contacts simplify and improve business for 3 Italia, which means that the company can dedicate itself more fully to its customers.
