The availability of PSTN numbers for VoIP differs from country to country. In addition, global connectivity between VoIP and PSTN networks is insufficient. ICSS has found the missing link and exclusively offers a bridging solution on an international basis! ICSS provides connectivity via the nongeographical country code +882 28 0xxx in order to enable VoIP end user communities to receive PSTN calls inbound globally.

VoIP providers connected to the Jules Peering Manager can receive allocation of numbering ranges from +882 28 0xxx. The VoIP provider allocates numbers of the assigned ranges to its VoIP subscribers wherever they are located. ICSS ensures that inbound calls from the PSTN to +882 28 0xxx are routed to the VoIP provider.
