VoIP providers connected to the Jules Peering Manager can receive allocation of numbering ranges from +882 28 0XX x xxx xxx. The VoIP provider allocates numbers of the assigned ranges to its VoIP subscribers wherever they are located. ICSS ensures that inbound calls from the PSTN to +882 28 0XX x xxx xxx are routed to the VoIP provider.
