The Hong Kong LBU was established to meet the increasing demand for wholesale solutions from carriers and service providers in the Greater China region. Our team of experienced staff in the Hong Kong LBU takes care of ICSS customers in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan and Mongolia.

Since the establishment of the Hong Kong LBU, we have built very strong relationships with our incumbents, alternative carriers, mobile operators, ISPs, and WISPs based on our close proximity to them and ability to understand the challenges they face in the market today.
