International Carrier Sales & Solutions (ICSS) was established in Poland in January 2003 after the start of the deregulation of the Polish telecommunications market. At the moment, we are operating two Points of Presence (PoP) in Warsaw.
Our scope of activities covers international voice and transport solutions, high-speed and high-performance Internet access (IP Transit), VPN Layer 2 and Layer 3 solutions, and other solutions such as WiFi Roaming on Polish and Baltic markets.
