Regional Office Asia Pacific and Middle East

The ICSS Regional Headquarters for Asia Pacific and Middle East was set up in Singapore in 1996 and has three local business units (LBUs) and/or offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, and Tokyo.

The Regional team has historically handled ICSS’s voice business with carriers in Asia/Pacific and the Middle East, with the exception of the Greater China region, Japan, and Korea, which are handled by LBUs. Our portfolio of services has since been expanded to include advanced innovative wholesale services, customized IP solutions, and traditional voice and transport services. In response to the rapid digitization of media, new traffic patterns, and delivery requirements, ICSS has also introduced its full-service Content Delivery Solution. This offering connects content and media providers to the future of media distribution as it allows the smart support of all types of content formats and volumes, while securing the best user experience. With Content eXchange, a Web-based platform that offers a lean way of the professional buying and selling of visual content, ICSS gives its customers a further opportunity to participate in the fast-growing content market.
