A three-prong organization with a central office in Bonn, four regional offices in London, Budapest, Singapore, and Red Bank, and 18 local offices around the world allows ICSS to ensure intensive customer care on site.

We are developing a preferential and differentiated treatment program to ensure an enhanced standard of customer care for Top and Key customers. This program is part of a new sales strategy based on customer value and the development of ICSS’s relationship with its differentiated customer segments.

Supported by a team of experts
According to the complexity of your demand, our local sales managers are supported by experts from Production, Sales Support, or Finances to work out the best possible solution for your concerns in a timely and qualified manner. ICSS has put dedicated account managers who head up cross-functional sales teams for all Top and Key Accounts into place. These sales teams also include customer service managers.
