Vanco, the pioneering global Virtual Network Operator (VNO), today announces it has signed a five-year channel partner agreement with Deutsche Telekom’s International Carrier Sales & Solutions unit (ICSS) to sell Vanco's VNO services.
ICSS is a full service provider, offering a complete range of wholesale solutions and services for mobile and fixed operators and ISPs.
This contract follows similar agreements signed with Swisscom in August 2005, Bell Canada in June 2006, and Business Connexion in October 2006.
The contract with Vanco enables Deutsche Telekom ICSS to access to the largest amount of global network infrastructure available from a single source. ICSS will be using Vanco's global VNO services to provide network reach outside the scope of its existing infrastructure. Vanco’s VNO solutions and services are constructed at a detailed level to enable them to become part of Deutsche Telekom ICSS’ standard solution portfolio.
Allen Timpany, Chief Executive of Vanco, said, “ We are delighted that ICSS, belonging to Deutsche Telekom, one of the largest telecoms companies in Europe, has selected Vanco to enable it to deliver a solution to its customers. This is a formidable endorsement of our pioneering business model, and our ability to deliver.”
