Deutsche Telekom ICSS

ICSS, the international wholesale arm of Deutsche Telekom Group, is one of the biggest voice traders worldwide and an increasingly important IP player across a growing European market with excellent interregional connections and business partner relations between Europe and the Americas and Asia. Our unit carried more than 21 billion voice minutes and achieved 225 petabyte IP throughput a month (end of 2008).

We are a highly skilled, multicultural team with about 220 employees, providing local customer care and working out customized, high-quality solutions through a worldwide sales network.
With continuously changing markets, we have redesigned our portfolio from traditional voice and transport services to advanced innovative wholesale services and customized IP solutions, such as VPN solutions, VoIP services, or intermediation and roaming services.
 
Clear customer and business focus
The business activities and efforts of ICSS focus on serving the following market segments through a worldwide sales network: broadband operators (ISPs, WISPs, and VoIP SPs), mobile operators and MVNOs, content, application, and media providers, corporate service providers and VNOs, fixed voice carriers, and carriers’ carriers and their customers.
Since 2007, the content distribution, broadband, cable, and mobile customer segments have become increasingly important.
ICSS is currently serving about 700 customers, 42 of which are Key Accounts and 13 of which are Top Accounts.
 
The basis for the delivery of the services of ICSS is an expanding ultra-modern infrastructure - Deutsche Telekom’s international network.
